Title: 5G-AKA and EAP-AKA’ from Cryptographic Perspectives
Date : August 23, 13:30

Abstract:

As widely known, 5G is an infrastructure technology essential for IoT, smart cities, AR/MR/VR, ultra-high-definition video services, etc. Currently, 3GPP has been standardizing the 5G-AKA and EAP-AKA’ protocols for mutual authentication between UE (User Equipment) and HN (Home Network) and sharing anchor keys in 5G communications. In this talk, I will revisit the 5G-AKA and EAP-AKA’ protocols from cryptographic perspectives.
